Honey Extracting and Bottling

Thanks to a third honey harvest, we’re back for ROUND THREE of this popular class!

Your busy bees spent their spring gathering nectar and making honey. Now what?

Join us and learn how to extract that honey. This hands-on workshop will cover both high-tech and low-tech methods of processing honey: an electric honey extractor, a hand crank extractor, and the crush and strain method. Learn how these methods can yield different results in comb preservation and honey.

This workshop will be held at a private home in Bixby Knolls. The address will be sent to registrants in the confirmation email.
