February Monthly Meeting

Show me the honey! Long Beach Beekeepers welcomes Carla Marina Marchese, a member of the Italian National Register of Experts in the Sensory Analysis of Honey and the undisputed queen bee of honey to our February online meeting. Ms. Marchesa co-authored the book The Honey Connoisseur with Bee Culture editor Kim Flottum and conceived the first U.S. honey aroma and flavor wheel.
