Bee Prepared - Webinar+Mentor Session

This course provides the instruction and hands-on experience to turn a novice into a confident backyard beekeeper. Topics include hive management; bee biology; recognizing and treating common diseases and predators; and legal requirements.

After completing the course successfully, participants are eligible to receive a starter bee colony when available at no additional cost. Frames and other hive equipment not included. 

The first three classes will meet virtually on three consecutive Tuesday evenings, November 10, 17, and 24, 7-9pm.

A live 2 hour in-person session working in hives. You will need your own beekeeping suit, gloves, hive tool, and smoker.
